HAPPY CHRISTMAS

My sister made these. She didn't spend too much time on them... She threw the icing on.

The colors are so basic but not typical ginger man colors. Any more time on these and I

probably wouldn't have noticed them. So funny...

COEN ON COLOR

I've watched many Coen Brothers films before, the other day No Country for Old Men

was playing on silent. I had never noticed the color, and how beautiful it was. I usually

stay away from movies without a lot of color. It's hard for me to watch war movies

because they're all green and brown. I'm more of a Wes Anderson fan.

I'm not asking for much this Christmas, and I know it's kind of late, but I spotted these

at Barneys today. They're antique crystal with foil back color, which is a really amazing

process that no one does anymore that gives it this crazy color. This is the second time

I've spotted earring of this kind here and I'm obsessed.

I am obsessed with these vintage Coco Chanel earrings circa 1930's.

This is part of House of Lavande's collection of vintage costume jewelry,

available at Henri Bendel. I lamented over them for weeks.
