Araks offers free USPS shipping for all domestic orders over $150.
For orders under $150 there is a flat rate of:

Processing Time: Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship out Monday. Possible Delays: We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting international shipping options, please note we are only provided with estimated delivery dates from our carriers.
On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
We can not be responsible for packages that are "refused" by the customer, and will not be able to process refunds for these orders.

For UPS Next Day Air, please ensure you place your order by 12pm EST Monday through Thursday for next day delivery. *Please note if placing an order for next day delivery on Friday, delivery will be on Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please email shop@araks.com to arrange a special request.
RETURNS

Processing returns may take longer than normal. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
All thongs, masks, monogrammed orders and third-party products are final sale. If a final sale item is returned to us, the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to them.
Select sale items may be returned for store credit only and are clearly marked as "RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY" in the product description.
In order to accept returns, items must be unworn, all ARAKS garment tags still attached and hygienic stickers intact if applicable. Garments that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the day merchandise is received. Returns from the 48 contiguous states are subject to a $10 return fee if our provided return label is used. For returns from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, and international orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all associated duties and fees.

Items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of receipt of package. We will not issue a refund for any returns received past 14 days.

If you choose to make your own arrangements for your return we recommend you use a courier service with tracking capability, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages.

International returns must be received within 21 days of receipt of package.

You will be notified by email with information about your refund once your return has been received and processed.
- Please mark SAMPLES / NO COMMERCIAL VALUE WITH 1$ VALUE on the shipment form.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
All sales tax paid will be refunded on returned items.
Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
EXCHANGES
We are not able to process exchanges within the same order. If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative style, color, or size you will need to return the item for a refund, and purchase the new item separately.
