Araks offers free UPS shipping on orders over $200 within the 48 contiguous states.

For orders under $200 there is a flat rate of $12.

We offer next day shipping on orders shipping to the continental US via UPS, which is calculated based on your shipping address at checkout. Please ensure your order is made before 12pm EST to ensure next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm EST are not processed until the next business day.

  • Australia:

    Free for orders over 700 AU$

    55 AU$ for orders under 700 AU$

  • Canada:

    Free orders over 630 CAD

    50 CAD orders under 630 CAD

  • United Kingdom:

    Free for orders over £300

    £30 for orders under £300

  • Japan:

    Free for orders over ¥57,700

    ¥4600 for orders under ¥57,700

  • Hong Kong:

    Free for orders over HK$3900

    HK$300 for orders under HK$3900

  • Rest of the World:

    Shipping cost and & free shipping threshold is calculated at checkout

Processing Time: Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will ship out Monday. Possible Delays: We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting international shipping options, please note we are only provided with estimated delivery dates from our carriers.

On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

We can not be responsible for packages that are "refused" by the customer, and will not be able to process refunds for these orders.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

For UPS Next Day Air, please ensure you place your order by 12pm EST Monday through Thursday for next day delivery. *Please note if placing an order for next day delivery on Friday, delivery will be on Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please email customerservice@araks.com to arrange a special request.

Returns

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Purchases made in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit only.


ONLINE PURCHASES

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the day merchandise is received. Returns from the 48 contiguous states are subject to a $10 return fee if our provided return label is used. For returns from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, and international orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all associated duties and fees.

In order to accept returns, items must be unwashed, unworn, all ARAKS garment tags still attached and hygienic stickers intact if applicable. Garments that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer without a refund.

All thongs, masks, monogrammed orders and third-party products are final sale. If a final sale item is returned to us, the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to them.

Select sale items may be returned for store credit only and are clearly marked as "RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY" in the product description. Store credits expire one year from issue. Store credits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).

Returns may be accepted at our warehouse. We cannot issue refunds/returns for these online orders in person.

Please visit returns.araks.com to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label. Requests will be answered, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.  

Include your RMA number somewhere on/in your package.

Items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of receipt of package. We will not issue a refund for any returns received past 14 days.

You will be notified by email with information about your refund once your return has been received and processed.

If you choose to make your own arrangements for your return we recommend you use a courier service with tracking capability, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages.

We will accept unworn returns from international customers, however the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all associated duties and fees. We recommend using a service with tracking capability, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

International returns must be received within 21 days of receipt of package.

You will be notified by email with information about your refund once your return has been received and processed.

Please mark shipment form with "Return Merchandise, Made in USA. No commercial value.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.

All US sales tax paid will be refunded on returned items.

Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Exchanges

We are not able to process exchanges within the same order. If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative style, color, or size you will need to return the item for a refund, and purchase the new item separately.

Customer Care

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on ARAKS. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
