SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We currently offer free domestic shipping and delivery anywhere in the United States via UPS Ground.  Please allow five to ten business days for delivery. 

All International shipping is now $18.00 via UPS.  Everywhere in the world, all order sizes = $18.00.  Please note that all taxes and duties are due upon receipt by the customer.   You will receive an email  with an estimate of the taxes and duties to be paid. We can not be responsible for packages that are "refused" by the customer, and will not be able to process refunds for these orders.   Please allow up to two weeks for international shipments.  

 


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
  • For UPS Next Day Air, please ensure you place your order by 12pm EST Monday through Thursday for next day delivery.  Please note if placing an order for next day delivery on Friday, delivery will be on Monday.   If you require Saturday delivery, please call our studio at 212-982-5652 to arrange.

 

OUR RETURN POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all ARAKS garment tags still attached within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.  Please note, all monogrammed orders are final sale.  The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please email RETURNS@ARAKS.com for any questions.

We do not accept returns on third party products.

 

DOMESTIC RETURN SERVICE

Please request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing RETURNS@ARAKS.com with your order number in the subject line.

• A RMA number will be emailed to you within 24 hours Monday through Friday along with a UPS prepaid shipping label for your return. 
• Please include the completed return form located on the bottom of your customer invoice.
• You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN SERVICES

Please seek to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing RETURNS@ARAKS.com with your order number in the subject line.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all associated duties and fees.  We suggest using UPS for your return.   Otherwise, please use a service with tracking as we can not be responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
• We will email you a RMA number within 24 hours Monday through Friday to confirm your return request.
• Please include the completed return form located on the bottom of your customer invoice.  
• You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

EXCHANGES

We are no longer able to process exchanges within the same order.   If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative style, color, or size you will need to return the item for a refund, and purchase the new item separately.  

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.
All sales tax paid will be refunded on returned items.
Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
• Please seek to return items within seven days of receiving your RMA number.
• Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.


COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on ARAKS. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
