As we are taking care of our employees in our warehouse to ensure a safe clean space with limited staff and hours, please see the below updates to our shipping and return policy, thank you.

 

IMPORTANT SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY CHANGES (Updated 3/23)

    Domestic Orders

  • Araks offers free UPS Ground shipping for all domestic orders over $150.
  • For orders under $150 there is a flat rate of $10.
  • Next day shipping on domestic orders is a flat rate of $30. 
  •  

    International Orders

    • Araks offers free UPS International shipping on all orders over $500.  
    • For international orders under $500, shipping is $28.00.
    • All taxes and duties are due upon receipt by the customer.   You will receive an email with an estimate of the taxes and duties to be paid. We can not be responsible for packages that are "refused" by the customer, and will not be able to process refunds for these orders.   
    • Please allow up to two weeks for international shipments.  

     

    Additional Shipping Information

    • All orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
    • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
    • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
    • For UPS Next Day Air, please ensure you place your order by 12pm EST Monday through Thursday for next day delivery.  Please note if placing an order for next day delivery on Friday, delivery will be on Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please call our studio at 212-982-5652 to arrange.

     

     

    RETURNS

    OUR RETURN POLICY

  • Processing returns may take longer than normal. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.

    In order to accept returns, items must be unworn, all ARAKS garment tags still attached and hygienic stickers intact if applicable.  Garments that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer without a refund.  

    Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the day merchandise is received.  Be sure to request your RMA in a timely manner in order to ensure the package will be received within the window. In an effort to reduce our waste, we will not be including paper invoices in customer orders. When requesting an RMA, your order number is sufficient.

    We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

    FINAL SALE AND ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

    • All thongs, monogrammed orders and third-party products are final sale. If a final sale item is returned to us, the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to them.
    • Select sale items may be returned for store credit only and are clearly marked as "RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY" in the product description.

     

     

    ORDERS REFUSED ON DELIVERY

    For packages that are refused on delivery, we do not refund shipping charges. If the package is returned to us, we will refund the amount paid minus the shipping cost. If you would like the same order to be shipped again, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer. 

     

     

    DOMESTIC RETURN SERVICE

    1. Please email RETURNS@ARAKS.COM with your order number in the subject line to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label.
    2. Place your unworn merchandise in the box it arrived in. Should you decide to pay for your own return shipping, please send merchandise to the below address, with the RMA number included. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

    3. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of package. We will not issue a refund for any returns received past 14 days.
    4. Please mail your package within 24 hours of receiving your RMA number and prepaid label to ensure a timely return.
    5. You will be notified by email with information about your refund once your return has been received and processed.
    6. By using our pre-paid UPS label, you agree to have the return shipping fee of $10 USD (for returns made within the 48 contiguous states) or $30 USD (for returns made from Alaska and Hawaii) deducted from your refund. Pre-paid UPS return labels are not issued for addresses outside the United States.
    7. If you choose to make your own arrangements for your return we recommend you use a courier service with tracking capability, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered packages.

     

    INTERNATIONAL RETURN SERVICE

    We will accept unworn returns from international customers, however the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all associated duties and fees.  We recommend using a service with tracking capability, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

    1. Please email RETURNS@ARAKS.COM with your order number in the subject line to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    2. Place your unworn merchandise in the box it arrived in, with the RMA number included, and affix your own shipping label. Please send merchandise to the below address, and note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

    3. International returns must be received within 21 days of receipt of package.
    4. Please mail your package within 24 hours of receiving your RMA number to ensure a timely return.
    5. You will be notified by email with information about your refund once your return has been received and processed.

     



    RECEIVING A REFUND

    Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service.

    All sales tax paid will be refunded on returned items.

    Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

     

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
    • Please seek to return items within seven days of receiving your RMA number.
    • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
    • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

     

    EXCHANGES

    We are not able to process exchanges within the same order.   If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative style, color, or size you will need to return the item for a refund, and purchase the new item separately. 


    COLORS

    We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on ARAKS. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
