Glaze Pool Plate by Lisa Kaye ~ Turmeric

This small stoneware plate was shaped by the hands of Lisa Kaye, a dear friend of founder Araks Yeramyan, in New York. Its organic design features a red clay base with an irregular pool of turmeric glaze that swims over the surface. In some spots, the natural clay beneath the pour of the glaze is revealed.
